No automatic overages or unused-minute rollover. A person’s calls pause when their daily allowance is used; all team calls pause when the shared pool is used or reserved by active calls. Renewals reset the pool only while billing remains active.

Can I really call one number for everything?
That is the plan: a single shared number routes members to the Superagent, with concurrent calls handled by a voice provider. The phone service is not connected yet. For now, use the free browser preview with text or a supported browser microphone.
Does the Superagent know the entire internet?
No AI can know or access the entire internet. The browser preview can research public web information when you ask, cite sources, and explain uncertainty. Private accounts, paywalls, inaccessible sites, and live inventory can limit results. Always verify important details.
What will I receive after a call?
Browser searches save summaries on this device. After a completed phone call, a structured summary is saved to your signed-in account. Enable push notifications in your account to receive a browser notification with a link to each summary the moment it is ready. No summaries are sent by text or email. Dates use MM/DD/YYYY and your device’s local timezone, including daylight saving time.
Can it book hotels or buy things for me?
Riley can help compare options and, when available, link you to a seller’s product or booking page. You choose the offer and complete checkout on the seller’s own website. Call The Web does not store a shopping card, place orders, make reservations, or charge you for third-party purchases.
How will cancellation and minutes work?
Use Cancel membership from your account menu to stop future renewals. Your account remains open and calling stays available through the paid expiry date. Starter is $49/month for 10 minutes a day (up to 310 minutes in a 31-day month); Everyday is $69/month for 17 a day (up to 527); Heavy is $79/month for 22 a day (up to 682); Power is $145/month for 45 a day (up to 1,395). These are daily limits, not monthly pools. Minutes refresh at midnight in your saved time zone; there are no automatic overage charges. Payments are live, and subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
What should I know about privacy?
Browser questions and recent conversation context are sent to the AI service for answers. Saved preview summaries stay in this browser’s local storage, not a private online account, and anyone using this browser may see them. You can delete them from Saved summaries. Phone-call summaries are saved to your signed-in account and delivered via browser push notification, not text or email. Do not share payment details or sensitive personal information. Calls are not yet enabled live.
